- Advance Payment Requirement: Before starting any work, we require 50% advance payment. This policy applies to all projects, whether they are one-time projects or monthly/ongoing services.
- Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. Once paid, it cannot be claimed back, whether the client proceeds with the work or chooses not to continue.
- Project Start Timeline: After receiving the advance payment, if the client does not start or provide required details within 15 days, the project will be considered inactive.
- Restarting the Project: If the client decides to start the project after 15 days, a new payment will be required to resume or initiate the work, regardless of any previous advance paid.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, and timely communication to ensure smooth project execution. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and do not change the payment or refund policy.
